Program and message types
The Avantia Appointments & Customer Care SMS program sends appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, service updates, and customer-care replies related to a customer's request. It does not authorize unrelated promotional messages.
Consent, frequency, and charges
Customers enroll through Avantia's public SMS Consent page by providing a mobile number and affirmatively checking an unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies according to the customer's request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out and stop further messages. Reply HELP for help. Customers may also contact sales@avantiap.com or call 866-720-5113. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
